Acceptable Use Policy

These acceptable use standards apply to any material you upload, share, or create on Flirt1to1, including messages, call audio and video (whether live or recorded), and any images, videos, or other media shared during an Entertainer Interaction (“Content”). They also apply to any contact you make with other Users on Flirt1to1, any links to Flirt1to1, and any other use of Flirt1to1.

All interactions must involve the verified Entertainer operating their own account in real time.

You must comply with these standards in spirit and to the letter.

Axcess Creative Ventures, LLC (the operator of Flirt1to1) will determine, in its discretion, whether any Content or your use of Flirt1to1 breaches these acceptable use standards.

Prohibited Use

You must not use Flirt1to1:

In any way that breaches any local, national, or international law or regulation.
In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
To circumvent age/geo restrictions, account limits, or enforcement (e.g., VPNs/proxies to bypass blocking, ban-evasion, false or third-party IDs, or multi-account manipulation).
To harm or attempt to harm minors in any way.
To facilitate any transaction other than an Entertainer Interaction conducted exclusively on Flirt1to1.
To direct, solicit, or encourage Users to communicate, transact, or meet outside of Flirt1to1.
To share external contact information (including phone numbers, messaging handles, email addresses, payment handles, crypto wallets, or links to third-party platforms), or to solicit, encourage, or direct Users to contact you off-platform (e.g., “DM me,” “text me,” “find me on,” “add me,” or similar migration prompts) for the purpose of continuing interactions outside Flirt1to1.
To offer, solicit, advertise, or arrange in-person meetings or sexual services.
To sell controlled or regulated items.
To bully, insult, intimidate, or humiliate any person.
To engage in misconduct that threatens public or personal safety, including unlawful sexual behavior.
To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, share, post, use, or reuse any material that does not comply with our content standards.
To transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material (spam).
To knowingly transmit viruses or harmful code.
To share another person’s personal data without a lawful basis.
To scrape, harvest, or use automated means (including bots or crawlers) to access Flirt1to1, except as expressly permitted.
To use Flirt1to1 or its data to develop, train, fine-tune, or validate AI systems or models.

Content Standards

Content:

Must be accurate (where it states facts).
Must only contain opinions that are genuinely held.
Must comply with the law applicable in any country from which it is posted and to which Flirt1to1 is targeted.

Content must not:

Be defamatory.
Be obscene, offensive, hateful, or inflammatory in a way that violates this policy or applicable law.
Infringe intellectual property rights.
Be misleading, including misrepresenting whether interactions are live or personally conducted.
Breach a duty of confidence.
Contain illegal content or promote illegal activity.
Contain actual, claimed, or role-played exploitation, abuse, or harm of individuals under 18.
Depict incest, bestiality, necrophilia, rape, or sexual assault.
Depict sexually explicit deepfakes or synthetic/AI-generated sexual content of a real person without verifiable permission.
Contain any synthetic depiction of minors (or persons who appear to be minors).
Contain prohibited bodily fluids, including urine or excrement.
Be threatening, abusive, or invasive of privacy.
Impersonate any person.
Give the impression that Content emanates from Axcess Creative Ventures, LLC.
Promote unlawful activity.
Encourage terrorism.

Illegal Content

You must not use Flirt1to1 in any way that involves:

Terrorism.
Child sexual exploitation or abuse (CSAM).
Hate offenses.
Harassment or stalking.
Coercive or controlling behavior.
Intimate image abuse.
Extreme pornography prohibited by law.
Sexual exploitation of adults.
Human trafficking.
Prostitution or commercial sexual services, including arranging in-person encounters for compensation.
Fraud or financial crimes.
Proceeds of crime.
Drug offenses.
Weapons offenses.
Encouraging or assisting suicide.
Foreign interference offenses.
Animal cruelty.

Flirt1to1 prohibits using the platform to negotiate, advertise, or arrange in-person sexual activity in exchange for compensation, even where such activity may be lawful in a specific jurisdiction.

Platform Integrity and Off-Platform Safety

To reduce risk of fraud, exploitation, and coercion:

All paid interactions must occur exclusively through Flirt1to1’s billing systems.
You must not request or accept alternative payment methods.
You must not request or accept deposits, booking fees, travel money, gifts, or “tips” as a condition of any off-platform meeting or service.
You must not encourage Users to migrate conversations to encrypted or third-party messaging services.
You must not use coded language to evade these restrictions.

Attempts to move Users off-platform for payment, meetings, or continued sexual interaction are considered material violations.

Content Very Harmful to Children

The following must not be uploaded, shared, or generated directly on Flirt1to1:

Content that encourages, promotes, or provides instructions for suicide.
Content that encourages, promotes, or provides instructions for an act of deliberate self-injury.
Content that encourages, promotes, or provides instructions for an eating disorder or behaviors associated with an eating disorder.

While Flirt1to1 is not intended for children and access is restricted to adults, we do not permit content that poses a significant risk to mental health or safety under applicable law.

Offenses

You must not upload, post, create, share, or cause the uploading, posting, creation, or sharing of any of the following on Flirt1to1:

A grossly offensive, indecent, obscene, or menacing message intending to cause offense, menace, distress, or anxiety.
A false message knowing it to be false, intending to cause non-trivial psychological or physical harm to a likely audience, and with no reasonable excuse.
A message threatening death or serious harm while intending or being reckless as to whether the object of the threat would fear that the threat would be carried out.
Flashing images when it is reasonably foreseeable that an individual with epilepsy will see it and the sender intended that the individual would suffer harm and the sender has no reasonable excuse for sending the images.
A communication that intends to encourage serious self-harm.
An unsolicited sexual image, including a manufactured intimate image or “deepfake” intending the recipient to be caused alarm, distress, or humiliation, or for the purpose of sexual gratification and being reckless as to whether the recipient will be caused alarm, distress, or humiliation.
A sexually explicit deepfake.

Advertising and Promotional Content

You may share advertising or promotional Content on Flirt1to1, subject to the following requirements:

Truthful and Transparent Promotion
- All advertising must be truthful, not misleading, and substantiated where appropriate.
- You must clearly and conspicuously disclose any material connection between yourself and a brand, product, or service you promote. This includes receiving payment, free products, affiliate commissions, or other compensation.
- Disclosures must be placed in a way that is unavoidable and easy to understand (e.g., using “Ad,” “Sponsored,” “Paid partnership,” or equivalent language).
Prohibited Advertising

You must not advertise, promote, or link to:
- Escort services, companionship services involving physical meetings, or any service involving in-person sexual activity.
- Illegal products or services, including counterfeit goods, unlicensed pharmaceuticals, or weapons.
- Content that incites hatred, violence, or discrimination based on protected characteristics (e.g., race, sex, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation).
- Products or services that are unsafe or otherwise harmful to health, including any promotion of disordered eating or dangerous health practices.
- Material aimed at, or likely to appeal to, minors. Flirt1to1 is an adults-only platform, and no advertising may target or exploit audiences under 18.
Regulatory Compliance
- You are responsible for ensuring that all advertising content complies with applicable laws, including:
  - The FTC Endorsement Guidelines (U.S.)
  - The UK Online Safety Act 2023, particularly its provisions on harmful content and user safety
  - The EU Digital Services Act, including its transparency obligations regarding paid or commercial content
Advertising Declaration

Where required by law or platform tools, you must accurately declare whether Content includes advertising or paid promotions. Flirt1to1 may require additional labeling or restrict promotional content that violates these terms.

Reporting and Enforcement

You may report violations of this policy in accordance with our Complaints Policy. Content that violates this policy will be removed. Users may also be suspended or permanently banned from Flirt1to1. We may proactively monitor for patterns indicating impersonation, automation, trafficking, or off-platform solicitation in order to comply with applicable safety laws.

Appeals

If your Content is removed or your account is suspended due to a violation of this policy, you may appeal our decision in accordance with our Appeals Policy.

Legal Notices and Disclaimers

U.S. Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 230)

Flirt1to1 operates under the protections of Section 230 of the U.S. Communications Decency Act. While we moderate Content and provide appeal rights, we are not liable for Content hosted on our platform, except as required under applicable U.S. laws.

EU Digital Services Act (DSA)

We will provide a clear statement of reasons for each content moderation or restriction decision and publish regular transparency reports in accordance with article 15 of the EU Digital Services Act. Where applicable, we will also provide a link to certified out-of-court dispute settlement bodies.

EU Artificial Intelligence Act (EU AI Act)

We may use automated tools to detect policy violations. Where required by law, we will disclose the use of automated moderation and provide information on your rights to request human review.

Accessibility

We will ensure that our appeals submission process is accessible to users with disabilities, in compliance with applicable accessibility laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the EU Accessibility Act.
