Anti-Human Trafficking, Anti-Sex Trafficking, and Anti-Prostitution Policy

Purpose & Scope
Flirt1to1 is an adults-only platform for lawful, consensual content. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, commercial sexual exploitation of children (CSEC), and prostitution/solicitation. This policy applies to all Users (Entertainers and Members), all Content, communications, profiles, and listings on or through Flirt1to1.
Definitions
- Human trafficking / Sex trafficking: Recruiting, harboring, transporting, providing, patronizing, or soliciting a person for labor or a commercial sex act through force, fraud, or coercion, or any commercial sex act involving a minor (under 18).
- Prostitution / solicitation: Buying, selling, requesting, advertising, arranging, promoting, implying, or facilitating in-person sexual services or meetings for sexual acts, including for or with third parties, whether or not money changes hands.
- Commercial sexual exploitation of children (CSEC): Any sexual activity involving a minor in exchange for value, including CSAM.
These summaries reflect global standards (e.g., TVPA/Palermo). Where local law is stricter, that law controls.
Zero-Tolerance—What is Prohibited
You must not use Flirt1to1 to post or enable any of the following:

Trafficking & exploitation content
Content that promotes, depicts, normalizes, instructs, or facilitates human trafficking, sex trafficking, or sexual exploitation (including grooming, recruitment, “sugar” arrangements used as fronts, debt bondage, sextortion, blackmail, doxxing, or coercion). This includes using Flirt1to1 to recruit, manage, or coordinate third parties for sexual services or in-person sexual activity (including “agency,” “manager,” or “driver/security” arrangements).

Prostitution / in-person sexual services and meetings
Content, messages, calls, profiles, listings, or other activity that advertises, solicits, arranges, facilitates, or implies the availability of in-person sexual services or meetings for sexual activity are strictly prohibited, regardless of whether money changes hands or whether such services may be legal in a particular jurisdiction.
This includes, without limitation:
- Escorting, “full service,” “meetups,” “incall,” “outcall,” “hosting,” “travel for you,” “roses,” “donations,” “sugar arrangements” used as a front, or other coded terms.,
- Suggesting or implying willingness to meet offline for sexual activity in exchange for tips, gifts, or any other value.,
- Sharing or requesting rates, booking instructions, availability for in-person services, hotel or travel details, or similar logistics.,
- Members soliciting, requesting, or attempting to purchase in-person sexual services from Entertainers.,
- Attempting to migrate conversations off-platform for the purpose of arranging in-person sexual activity.,

Minors & non-consensual content
- Any depiction of a minor (actual or simulated, or persons who appear to be minors), CSAM, or content lacking verifiable consent—whether posted publicly or shared privately (including in messages, voice/video calls, or other communications).
- Deepfakes or manipulated media involving real persons without that person’s express permission, whether posted publicly or shared privately.

Financial facilitation
- Using Flirt1to1 payment systems to pay for, promote, disguise, or launder proceeds of trafficking, prostitution, sexual exploitation, or other unlawful conduct.
- Attempting to structure, split, reverse, or redirect transactions to evade monitoring, refunds, or enforcement controls.
- Providing off-platform consideration, content, or services following a refund, reversal, or chargeback related to a Flirt1to1 transaction.
Platform Boundaries—On-Platform Digital Interactions Only
Flirt1to1 is limited to lawful digital content and online interactions conducted exclusively through Flirt1to1’s systems.
Users must not:
- Exchange, request, or promote personal contact information (including phone numbers, email addresses, messaging app usernames, social media handles, payment handles, crypto addresses, or similar identifiers) in profiles, messages, captions, live chats, or calls, including through links (including shortened URLs), QR codes, embedded watermarks, or other obfuscation techniques.
- Record, reproduce, distribute, or threaten to distribute another User’s content or communications (including calls) without that User’s express consent and where permitted by law.
- Direct or attempt to direct other Users to communicate or transact outside of Flirt1to1.
- Accept or request off-platform payments, gift cards, cryptocurrency transfers, or other external payment methods in connection with activity initiated on Flirt1to1.
- Use Flirt1to1 to arrange any real-world meeting for sexual activity.
All paid interactions, including messaging and voice or video calls, must occur through Flirt1to1 tools. Attempts to circumvent platform safeguards constitute a material violation of this policy and the Terms of Service.
Age, Identity, and Consent Safeguards
- Age-verification: Members and Entertainers are subject to age-assurance/verification measures (see Age Verification Policy).
- Entertainer verification: Entertainers must complete ID checks; where permitted, biometric match checks may be used.
- Consent & records: Entertainers shall obtain, maintain, and produce upon request all legally required documentation (including age verification and consent records) for any person depicted in Entertainer Content, and shall comply with applicable recordkeeping laws (e.g., 18 U.S.C. § 2257/2257A, where applicable).
Reporting Suspected Trafficking or Exploitation
- Report to Flirt1to1: Use the in-product Report tool or email abuse@flirt1to1.com with URLs, screenshots, and any relevant transaction IDs (hashes). We prioritize and investigate these reports. Reports should include relevant message IDs, call session IDs, profile URLs, screenshots, and transaction identifiers where available.
- Emergencies: If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

What We Do—Enforcement & Remedies
Where we suspect or confirm violations of this policy, we may:
- Remove, disable, or restrict Content, messages, calls, profiles, or features.
- Suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts.
- Block devices, IP addresses, or other identifiers.
- Freeze, withhold, reverse, offset, or permanently forfeit Entertainer Earnings associated with prohibited, fraudulent, or suspicious activity, including transactions subject to refunds or chargebacks.
- Where appropriate, notify payment partners or financial institutions of suspected fraud, exploitation, or prohibited commercial sexual activity.
- Treat requests for off-platform contact, in-person meetups, or off-platform payment as high-risk conduct and restrict features pending review.
- Require enhanced verification or re-verification before restoring access.
- Preserve evidence and report CSAM to NCMEC, and refer suspected trafficking, exploitation, or other criminal conduct to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
- Cooperate with lawful requests and valid legal process.
These remedies are cumulative and in addition to any rights provided under the Terms of Service.
Detection & Risk Controls
To prevent harm and comply with applicable law, Flirt1to1 uses risk-based safeguards, which may include:
- Proactive and reactive moderation of profiles, messages, calls, and transactions.
- Detection of contact information, coded terms, and attempts to migrate Users off-platform, including obfuscation techniques.
- URL and link monitoring and restrictions.
- Transaction monitoring, refund and chargeback analysis, velocity controls, and fraud detection systems.
- Hash-matching and industry databases to detect known illegal content, where lawful.
- Identity verification, KYC/KYB/AML controls, sanctions screening, and enhanced review for high-risk activity.
- Anti-evasion safeguards, including rate limits and repeat-account detection.
We may adjust or enhance these controls at any time to protect Users and comply with legal obligations.
Non-Retaliation
Users who report suspected trafficking/exploitation in good faith are protected from retaliation on Flirt1to1. False or bad-faith reports may result in enforcement action.
Education & Partnerships
We may provide safety resources within Flirt1to1 and may work with qualified organizations and authorities to improve identification, reporting, and survivor support.
Updates
We may update this policy as laws and best practices evolve. The “last updated” date reflects the current version. Significant changes will be communicated through Flirt1to1 or by email.
