Age Verification Policy

Flirt1to1 is an adults-only platform. Protecting minors from accessing adult-oriented material is a core commitment of our service. This age verification policy explains how we verify the age of Users, the steps we take to restrict access by minors, and your responsibilities when using Flirt1to1.
Minimum Age Requirement
- You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher) to create an account, purchase credits or otherwise pay for Flirt1to1 features, or act as an Entertainer.
- If you are not of legal age, you must not access or use Flirt1to1.
Age Verification Process
Depending on whether you are a Member or an Entertainer, the features you access, your jurisdiction, and other risk signals, different age-assurance and verification measures may apply (including step-up verification where required).
Members:
- We may use age-assurance technologies (e.g., date-of-birth checks, third-party age-estimation services, or government ID verification) to confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement before granting you access to Flirt1to1.
- Where required by law (e.g., in certain U.S. states, the UK, or the EU), you may be asked to complete government ID-based age verification or to verify through an approved third-party provider.
Entertainers:
- All Entertainers must complete a full identity and age verification process during onboarding (and may be required to re-verify from time to time), which may include submitting:
- A valid, government-issued photo ID
- A selfie or biometric scan for match verification, where permitted by law.
- Entertainers who do not complete verification will not be permitted to publish Content or receive payouts.
- Entertainers must confirm that any other persons depicted in their Content are 18+ and must maintain all legally required records.
Third-Party Verification Providers
- Flirt1to1 works with independent age- and identity-verification providers to confirm eligibility to use Flirt1to1. Depending on the method used and local law, verification may include document authenticity checks, liveness/selfie matching, age estimation, database checks, and fraud-risk screening. The specific verification steps vary by provider, country/region, and legal requirements.
- These providers process only the information necessary to confirm your age or identity and are required to protect it under strict privacy and security standards.
- Where possible, we use providers that return only a “pass/fail” response and typically do not share your underlying ID documents with Flirt1to1.
- In some cases, Flirt1to1 may receive limited verification data (e.g., name, date of birth, or a verification reference number) as needed to administer accounts, prevent fraud, and comply with law.
- Verification data may be processed and stored by the provider (and, where applicable, by Flirt1to1) for the minimum period required to complete verification, prevent abuse, and comply with legal and audit obligations.
- If biometric matching is used, it is used only to verify identity and help prevent impersonation and fraud, where permitted by law.
- If you do not complete verification or do not pass verification, you will not be permitted to access Flirt1to1.
Parental Controls
We encourage parents and guardians to use available device-level or network-level parental control tools to prevent minors from attempting to access adult content. For more information about parental controls, visit https://www.connectsafely.org/controls/. Flirt1to1 does not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to use Flirt1to1. If we learn that a User is under 18, we will take steps to disable access and handle any associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.
Consequences of Circumvention
Attempts to misrepresent your age, use false identification, or otherwise circumvent age-verification requirements are strictly prohibited and may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of your account; and
- Referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law or in our verification practices. The “last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the current version.
