Introduction

This policy describes how individuals can request the removal of nonconsensual intimate visual depictions (“NIVDs”), including AI-generated depictions (“deepfakes”), in accordance with the TAKE IT DOWN Act, Pub. L. No. 117-314.

Applicability

This policy applies solely to requests made under the TAKE IT DOWN Act. Requests under other laws are handled under separate policies.

How to Submit a Removal Request

Any identifiable individual who is the subject of an NIVD, or an authorized representative, may submit a request by providing:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the identifiable individual or the authorized representative.
2. Identification of the depiction and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it.
3. A statement that the individual has a good-faith belief that the depiction was created or distributed without their consent, and any information reasonably necessary for us to determine that lack of consent.
4. Contact information for the individual or the authorized representative.

Requests may be submitted by email to abuse@flirt1to1.com or through the Website at https://flirt1to1.com/home/file_complaint.

Processing Timeline

Upon receiving a complete and valid request, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the identified depiction within 48 hours; and
• Make reasonable efforts to remove or disable access to any known identical copies.

Platform Notice

We maintain a clear and conspicuous link to this policy on all pages where user-generated content may appear.

No Liability for Good-Faith Removal

We are not liable for any action taken in good faith to remove or disable access to an NIVD or an identical copy.
